The wreath is up for my germs. I ferment vegetables, yogurt, cheese, Natto (Japanese Sticky Soybean), Miso, sourdough starter, and fruit yeast all the time in there.
You see the mini green onions that my younger one is raising? My boys love Japanese Miso Soup, they come to the pantry to make their own quick âinstantâ Miso Soup. Pour hot water over Miso and Seafood Mixed Broth Powder (also homemade), and float chopped green onions. It’s like their tea time!ð
