When it comes to smoothies, I prefer something simple without grains, nuts, seeds, and anything crunchy.
From a point of view of Eastern Medicine Philosophy, chilled beverages are not recommended for your guts first of all, and adding crunchy stuff doesn’t make things any better.
Too simple to write a recipe but smoothies don’t need to be overloaded with everything you have in your pantry!

- Organic Yogurt
- Manuka Honey
- Mint Leaves
- Blend a few kiwis.
- Pour organic yogurt in a cup, followed by manuka honey, kiwi form 1. and blueberries.
- Add fresh mint leaves from a pot.
