Rarely this is for myself, not for children. When it comes to smoothies, I prefer something simple without grains, nuts, seeds, and anything crunchy. First of all, so busy in a mouth. Second of all, those crunchy stuff aren’t very ideal in terms of digestion especially eating with chilled yogurt.
Too simple to write a recipe but I want to tell people that smoothies don’t need to be overloaded with everything you have in your pantry! My older son is even pickier, he can’t take a texture of smoothies. I guess this kind of pickiness happens to many of younger children. At least he loves all kinds of vegetables and fruits as long as I don’t blend them!

- Organic Yogurt
- Manuka Honey
- Mint Leaves
- Blend a few kiwis.
- Pour organic yogurt in a cup, followed by manuka honey, kiwi form 1. and blueberries.
- Add fresh mint leaves from a pot.
